What I stand for as a psychiatrist

I have had many years of experience with ADD and ADHD in adults, affective disorders, anxiety disorders and personality disorders. My previous work as a general practitioner and emergency doctor helps me to take a holistic approach to my patients.

I take a lot of time to diagnose and treat my patients and get to the bottom of the cause of their suffering. Each patient receives their individual therapy according to current guidelines.

An appreciative, unbiased and warm attitude towards all people and communication at eye level are important to me. This is the basis of my work as a psychiatrist.

How do I get in touch and how quickly do I get an answer? How does communication work?

To arrange an initial consultation, you can contact me by email (mail@praxishudson.at), via the contact form or by telephone (+43 676 4126007).

After initial contact, we will create an account for you for the doctor-patient communication tool LATIDO©, which you can use to contact me at any time and receive a reply. This can also be used to send data-sensitive documents, prescriptions, prescriptions, etc. electronically.

You will be automatically reminded of future treatments via Email.

I need medication that requires authorization. How long does it take to get a prescription approved by my health insurance company?

We take care of the application for chief medical authorizations for you via our eCard system. The authorization is usually available within 24-48 hours after a positive review by the chief physician. This can take much longer if you submit the application yourself.

I think I have ADHD. How can I get tested and what happens then? 

I will be happy to provide you with details of the exact procedure for a diagnostic assessment for AD(H)S on request. You can reach me via the contact form, email or telephone.

What are the costs for specialist appointments? How much will I be reimbursed by my health insurance?
